Recently, WhatsApp recently a big update for Windows Phone s which provides video calling feature. This feature is still in beta phase and yet to be officially released to other Operating Systems like Android and iOS.

Possible workaround method:
According to AndroidPolice, you can get this feature by wiping out the data and activating the app again. But, be careful and take backup of your chats.
